We will also be taking a drive across the Chesapeake Bay and staying on the coast! It should be a good time! •Chicago For Laura's Birthday we hit the windy city to celebrate and find some of that good deep dish pizza! For the special occasion, we stayed at the historic Allerton Hotel, built in 1927. We had a blast, and ate way too much in the process. AND we found a French Connection. Sweet. • Honolulu-Island of Oahu, Hawaiian Islands In addition to getting married, we also had a great vacation in Hawaii. We got to hang with Jas & Elizabeth on remote beaches, Hike in the rainforest, snorkel with exotic fish and more! • New Orleans, Louisiana For my bachelor party, we loaded up the cargo van, threw in 12 dudes and lots of booze. Then we hit Mardi-Gras. I think that's about all that needs to be said there. • Manhattan, NYC & Clifton Hills-Ontario, Canada On this adventure, we hit the road and stayed with Cameron & Jill. We shopped and partied on the Lower East Side 'till the wee hours. Next we went to Niagara Falls and Canada -- This is where we got engaged!!! • Paris, France Paris was amazing. Steve's 100 mile (not a joke) express walking tour took us all over the city and to many famous landmarks. I can't say we were the best ambassadors, but we sure did have a good time. • Barcelona, Spain Barcelona was out of control. We hit lots of great sightseeing, did some shopping and went on a pub crawl that I will never forget. Barcelona's beaches were beautiful and we spent a few afternoons in the sun. •Amsterdam-Holland, The Netherlands This is where the crew met for Cameron's bachelor party; and that's all that I am at liberty to discuss. We had a blast, started to get worn out from Europe and ate LOTS of fries. •Yellowstone Park, Wyoming & Boulder, Colorado This was our "heading out west" trip. It was a great time; we saw more landscapes & wild animals than ever before. In Colorado, we stayed with Laura's sister; and may have hit the local micro-brewery too hard. |
